A case report detailing the successful use of a partial Jensen’s procedure (superior arm only) to treat Myopic Strabismus Fixus (MSF) in a patient whose previous surgical attempts failed. MSF is described as a rare strabismus entity where the enlarged globe in high myopia herniates superotemporally, leading to restricted eye movement in depression and adduction.
