⭐ it explains concepts clearly

⭐ Overall, the content is good and easy to follow. However, there are A LOT of typos and mislabeling in the textbook. I find myself double checking other sources because their units are not right (ex: RDA for carbohydrates is 130 g/day not g/kg), or their processes are written incorrectly (like calculating nitrogen balance).
