⭐Who wants recipes were the ingredients are costly or require you to go on a treasure hunt to find them? I don’t. I wanted real world recipes that I could use easily. You can search around the internet and found real world recipes for free. It would have been nice to have them all in one place and in a book to use while planning and cooking but this book isn’t it.

⭐My husband does most of the cooking. This simple, easy to use cookbook was just what we needed.Great help for people like my husband and I, who were both recently diagnosed with IFG (impaired fasting glucose), a precursor of diabetes. We are hoping that a change in diet and lifestyle now, will prevent our developing into full blown diabetics with the myriad of associated, and many times life threatening, complications!

⭐But what can I eat!!??? That is the cry of most all diagnosed diabetics. This book says it all and breaks it down so that it makes sense and you come up with menus you would actually eat and enjoy. A must read.

⭐Husband is borderline diabetic and wouldn’t eat much from this cookbook. Need recipes that make usual recipes better for a diabetic.

⭐I returned this recipes were too in depth for someone who works for a living!

⭐Just getting into this. Must read more, general information relevant to my situation.

⭐Lots of good information, but, in my opinion a dummy guide should be more exciting to look at – nice colors/pictures/textures to help the learner stay engaged. This reads more like a newspaper.

⭐This is an excellent resource for not only those who have diabetes but for anyone who is interested in a healthy eating plan for life. The spoiler is that the book only relates to kilocalories and there is no reference to kilojoules
