As mentioned by other reviewers this book is an easy read but a lot of text is wasted on jokes and not-so-useful comments. That aside what I find the most concerning is the number of mistakes. E.g. Vena contracta for severe TR > 6.5 cm squared. Not only wrong number but also wrong units. If you are studying for boards you will need a much better source to relay on.
