Description

This study evaluates the association of the systemic immune–inflammation index (SII) and systemic inflammation response index (SIRI) with all-cause and cardiovascular mortality among US adults with osteoarthritis (OA). Results show that higher SII and SIRI values are associated with significantly increased risks of both all-cause and cardiovascular mortality in OA patients, highlighting the prognostic value of these biomarkers.
