This case report details the severe clinical course, life-threatening adverse events, and severe neurological sequelae observed in seven neonates diagnosed with Autosomal Recessive Polycystic Kidney Disease (ARPKD). It focuses on complications arising from the disease itself (pulmonary hypoplasia, impaired kidney function) and the challenges associated with kidney replacement therapy (KRT), including peritoneal leakage, infections, and persistent hypotension.
