This clinical practice guideline provides updated recommendations for clinicians in the treatment of patients with lower extremity peripheral artery disease (PAD) across its multiple clinical presentation subsets, including asymptomatic, chronic symptomatic, chronic limb-threatening ischemia, and acute limb ischemia. It incorporates new evidence to update and supersede the 2016 AHA/ACC Guideline.
