This network meta-analysis systematically compares various wound closure interventions following immediate implant placement (IIP) in the esthetic zone. Analyzing 34 studies, the findings indicate that connective tissue graft (CTG) is optimal for enhancing soft tissue stability by minimizing marginal peri-implant recession (MPR) and increasing gingival thickness (GT). Concentrate growth factor (CGF) was noted as promising for reducing marginal bone loss (MBL) and improving the pink aesthetic score (PES), although these findings were based on limited data.
