⭐I thought I had reviewed this. Maybe I’m remembering the return form.In all honesty I was looking for a good resource book for glycemic counts. In that I was very disappointed!Had there been information on glycemic numbers, then I would have been interested in the recipes.

⭐I have purchased many books referring to GI. However thus was the last one and is the BEST! If there is one to buy, please order this one first. It has phenomenal amounts of information, ideas and recipes. I ordered this from the USA and delivery was within the same week. Fantastic book!!!!

⭐This was put down as a ‘cookbook’ which it certainly is not! there are a few interspersed recipes, but the bulk of the book is like a textbook, talking about the reasoning behind the GI Diet. Had to send it back as I was after a recipe book!

⭐OK but not for the person looking for in-depth info – lists limited and too much ‘packaged’ stuff as opposed to straight ingredient lists. But as advertised
