I dont really think there is any book like this out there ! i’ve been hoping for long time to get such a book that integrate anatomy , radiology with amazing illustration for staging which makes things consolidate instead of looking at staging tables ! as well there is a brief discussion of pathology and treatment modalities, yet the Tx is very basic approach only.
